Last weekend the ACOG Annual Clinical Meeting took place in Texas. ACOG TV captured some of the key takeaways from the meeting including this video which talks about the ‘Second Victim’ Phenomenon and the measures in place to support clinicians. A second victim is a health care provider who has been involved in an unanticipated adverse patient event, medical error or patient related injury and is traumatised by the event.
