We do so much research during our Pregnancy for our Birth and together with our support partner and specialists we plan for our Birth…However, it is just as important to have a Post-Natal Plan and be informed in how we can support our bodies as we transition in to Motherhood.
Every woman has her own unique birthing experience, from natural birth to cesarean section. First, it is important to acknowledge that there is no correct or one way to birth… we all have different views, customs, symptoms, bodies, growing babies and support. However, no matter what your pregnancy or birthing experience there are a few things you can do to help re-balance your hormones, strengthen your body and keep you sane post-birth.
